Low Entry Count: If a contest doesn’t meet the minimum number of participants, funfantasyteam may cancel the event, refunding entry fees to all participants.

Technical Disruptions: In cases of system issues or anything impacting fair play, funfantasyteam reserves the right to cancel contests and refund entry fees in full.

Policy Infractions: Contests canceled due to policy breaches may not result in refunds for those involved in violations.

3. Refund Guidelines

  • Requests submitted after a contest has started or concluded.

4. Withdrawing Account Balance

Withdrawal Requests: You can request to withdraw your account balance anytime, subject to the minimum amount specified by the platform. Funds will be transferred to your linked payment method.

Processing Timeline: Withdrawals are usually processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Fees: A small fee may apply to withdrawals and will be shown during the withdrawal process.
